Quantum Pasta

The rule

At zero, the server asks a quantum random number generator at OTH Regensburg for fresh bits and reads the first two, which match exactly one pasta. Each pasta has exactly a one in four chance, and nobody can know the result early because the bits don't exist yet.

If the many-worlds interpretation is right, which nobody has proved, all four dinners happen, one per universe. These bits come from quantum hardware, not from radioactive decay or entangled particles. If the generator is down, the draw waits for it and never falls back to ordinary computer randomness.
